Your account
You are responsible for the proposals, pricing, and client communication you generate with ProJobCalc. Keep your sign-in credentials private. If you share an account, the account owner is accountable for everything that happens under it.
Pro subscription
The Pro plan is $19/month, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Settings page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused time are handled case-by-case; email support if something went wrong.
What the calculators do
Every estimator and pricing tool is a planning aid. They apply the math you tell them to apply — labor burden, material markup, job cost allocation — and return a number. They are not a substitute for walking a job, checking local code, or verifying current supplier pricing. The output is your starting point, not a binding quote.
AI-drafted content
Proposal drafts, follow-up emails, and objection responses are generated by AI. They are drafts. You are expected to read them, edit them, and make sure they accurately describe the work before sending to a client. ProJobCalc does not warrant that AI output is error-free, legally compliant in your state, or appropriate for a specific customer.
Acceptable use
Do not use ProJobCalc to misrepresent pricing, deceive clients, generate unlawful content, or scrape or abuse the service. Accounts doing any of the above will be terminated.
No guarantees
The product is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, accurate, and available — but we cannot guarantee a bid will close, a tax outcome will be correct, or a calculation will survive a dispute. Use your own professional judgment.
Changes to the service
Features may change, move, or get retired as the product matures. If a paid-tier feature is materially removed, we will give notice before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Reise Tools is operated. Disputes will be handled in good faith first by email; formal disputes go to binding arbitration.
