Plain-language privacy for ProJobCalc.

What we store
When you sign in, we store your email, hashed password, business profile (company name, trade, logo), and the proposals and client records you create. All of this lives in your account so you can come back to it from any device.
What we do not sell
We do not sell contractor data, proposal content, or client lists. Your proposals are yours. We do not use your saved data to train third-party AI models.
AI features
When you use AI drafting (bid proposals, follow-ups, objection handling), we pass the prompt to an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate a response. Those providers operate under their own data-handling policies and do not retain content for training on our account tier.
Payments
Stripe handles all payment processing for the Pro subscription. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs card data.
Analytics
We use lightweight usage analytics to understand which calculators and workflows actually get used. We do not use third-party ad trackers.
Your rights
You can export all of your proposals at any time from the Export page in your dashboard. You can delete your account by emailing support@projobcalc.com — we will remove your records within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, we will update this page and email active subscribers before the change takes effect.
